The best entrepreneurs are aware of the odds against them, yet they still dream, build a vision and actually start. No matter who you are, I respect those of you who risk it all and jump in with both feet. It’s never easy, but the journey is worth it.
Many people, myself included, like the excitement of start-ups (vs. Corporate BS). Hard work, but financial gains and being part of something new can be rewarding. I worked for 4 such endeavors, 3 failed and one made me very happy. Don't insinuate they were all bums that got fired.
