Yes there is a low probability that the SPX_MONTHLY chart
will not work this time.

But there is a higher probability that it will work. IMHO

Right now 21 countries out of 22 have a positive up trend
based on price above the 10 WMA.

PS: As stated before on this board, I am willing to go short
after I see a TOP looking back 2 days. And my RETRACE THEORY
says we will go back to SPX 956.23 at least.

So it is just a question of when you and I go short.....

A break of these up channels would be nice to confirm a down move
