I doubt that. The O/S is not all that big. and the actual float is a lot smaller. Many shares are restricted for another 1.5 years.

Thats What I thought as well before getting IN but it wont happen now . IMO , they will wait for one/two contract first ( need to generate $$$ first ), raise interests etc..and then They will probably do it . This is just the beginning unless...

Unless a BIG partner comes right at the door and require the R/S before getting in..
