ETrade converted my shares yesterday and the shares appear on my account today. It usually take a few days to convert. GLTY

There is no excuse to be with "Scottrade" you absolutely must dump them. Don't wait until you lose a large sum of money due to their inability to execute trades or over all lack of professionalism. Call A-trade NOW 1-888-388-2900 and they will transfer your account over. This is a great market right now and you need to forget about saving $1- $3 per trade. I trade live via the internet all day with a group of approx 80 day traders and none of us would ever consider scottrade......simple put they "SUCK!" g/l

My shares are in a Fidelity account and converted the day of the reverse- no problem.

Might want to consider a different broker- this isn't an issue with Puda Coal- it's a Scottrade issue...and if the local Scottrade office says this has happened with them before, all the more reason since it's their fault.

I wouldn't stress it too much. I talked to Scottrade on Friday and they told me there was an issue with getting the new shares. I'm sure it'll get resolved by Monday/Tuesday at the lastest.

And there's no way they can just take your shares/money unless the company goes bankrupt... you'll get one or the other or I'd be more than happy to file a joint lawsuit with you and anyone else that trades with them if they try to screw us over.
