Actually we should value it by what Max Media
is worth - not what GDSM is worth.

Of course you can make the argument that
it has already been evaluated and shows in the price
of GDSM.

However where does that leave the person who spent the
$500,000.00? (which should be the very least it is worth)

If the divi is valued at .016,then a GDSM PPS of .05 would give the last minute investors a roughly 20% instant profit. We need to see what the value of the divi shares are at the date to be accurate though.MT
