#4874 RE: jonesieatl #4873

You forgot "testing this or that". They gotta keep doing that so Lynn can periodically broadcast, with horns blaring, that TIV is "Flowing 1,000's of barrels per day from 5 tar wells", I guess based on 3 minute(?) surge tests, while the reality is TIV only produced a small fraction of that in the entire month.

Shouldn't Lynn be coming out with a newsletter saying he has no idea why the stock has cratered so much and not rebounding faster (or actually at all) than the market, as he said it would?

I sure thought he had a rabbit up his sleeve but the reality is, he's outta rabbits. I wonder who is feeding the kitty each month these days to keep the company doors open, pay all those high paid managers/Officers to have meetings and evaluate/test wells, go on vacations/cruises and live luxuriously? Any other tiny oil & gas company producing the meager amounts of oil/gas as TIV, would have about 3 full time workers on staff. A president/engineer/money raiser guy/etc./etc/etc, a field production engineer/regulatory reporting and permit guy and a part time secretary. Contract out legal/accounting/etc. Total overhead....~$20K-30K/month, or <$100K/Qtr. How much does TIV spend with that top heavy, good old boy, non-performing (for us shareholders) fraternity?
