Looks like the difference came up on just how to value cost.

rpi, you are correct, I was wrong. That's what I get for skipping over it, instead of reading it. None the less, here is what the supply & distribution agreement consists of:

1) EESO dba ECO
2) Jared owns proprietary formulas & recipes
3) Jared licensed the rights of #2 to ECO
4) ECO supplies products, training & tech assistance to WOW to enable WOW to later supply itself w/ those products for distribution. (products = enzyme and enzyme based blends)
5) ECO will receive cost +5% for supplying WOW with #4.
6) The license agreement will outline the royalties paid by WOW for use. (I have yet to read it.)
