I disagree with that completely. Mass consumption drives up the costs for everyone and DOES NOT help the pollution problem in any way. Even if 100% of the fuels were produced here, as long as demand is higher than production, prices go up. Better fuel economy helps the environment far more than Bio-Fuels.
