Yes that will be the tipping point..I don't care if the acquisition makes 1.00 a year..a profit is a profit and Eric has said it is a profitable business...99% of penny stocks have no prayer of a profit....take SIRI for example ...has not made a penny profit since they got the thing running...yes lots of cash flow and also incredable cash burn and degrading satellites...STHG has a real good chance of a serious bump in the PPS..the problem now is the weak bid and lack of MMs in the game..this will improve with time .....serious demand will push this up fast ..but for the short term I see the drizzle effect as some reduce their positions from tens of millions of shares purchased at .0007 and above...there will be someone to buy them..and then the cycle starts again.
