that is what i see.

teh first part of the agreement locks Jared in as owner of the formulas and teh one to who license fees get paid. no mention of EESO recieveing anything from the formuala license.

in a video, was there not a question as to who (EESO or Jared) owns the formulas? i will have to go back and see if the question was asked and answered.
