The bid (the price where you can actually sell your shares) has been dropping almost every day. Not much, but it prints a lower number just about every day.
At at the volumes we are seeing, the note holders have NO room to convert yet.
We need news to give them room. They need to convert and get out of the way. There is a 100% dilution coming from those shares. Before this can move up and STAY up those shares have to be converted and included in the float.
