Jared has denied being sick and was there for the video so not so sure I am on board with that one yet. EESO also is not limited what they can do on the commercial side of the business by Wowgreen. In the document it said Wowgreen had nonexclusive rights to the commercial products. The interesting part was that Wowgreen had first rights to buy EESO. So technically, there was an agreement in place to buy EESO if someone wants to be very liberal in the way they interpret that part of the contract. There is alot to the story that will probably come out in time. I would not count EESO for dead yet that mistake was made last year-the stock has already taken a 90% plus hit over this crap. I would not count out these guys finding a resolution either for both their business sakes. I guess we all have to decide what part of this is Jared's fault and what part is it of the others involved an then react accordingly.
