#13907 RE: jufel #13902

Sure jufel. 1. Those are definately Western properties for sale. 2. They are not the properties that gold coast and western are in JV together. 3. They are being sold because they are not rich enough. Western could lease their heavy equipment out for the revenues indicated , so why operate the mine. 4. Those pictures are a classic example of an Arizona aluvial mining operation. And if I might say , it is set up right. The only change I would make is a compatable crusher mill to feed my gravel into before I ran it through the trommel.
As far as the size of the JV plant? I would guess , estimate actually , that a 40-50 ton/hr plant would be needed to service the 2 current JV properties. The key phrase in the description of the properties was the one refering to the water needed to run a 200 ton plant.
Western knows exactly what they are doing in my eyes. I would like to bring to attention the bash by DUN777 when he asked when a major mining operation was last permited to operate in a national forest. He just answered his question for us. Even though this is a small operation it is never the less operating/permitted in a national forest.
