I still don't see anybody wanting out of the contract- I see a fight over about 250K that each side wants the other to pay. Seems like a a stupid amount of money to fight over but I guess they made it a principle type of thing. Could be that one side wants out of the deal and is trying to cause trouble. I know EESO had other retail deals they could have pursued. Bad business practice if this is there way of getting out of a deal. Seems like these guys can settle this if they wanted. How about they split the 250K and absorb their own legal cost and stop this crap.

I often thought Jared had a personality disorder and
add the Christian angle and its easy to see why so
many fell for his lying BS. Do you know him personally?
If you do then WHERE THE HECK WERE YOU WHEN WE ALL WERE
BEING BAMBOZZLED. But I can't really complain.
Mr. Biggerstaff tried to warn us but not many listened
because we all thought he was Bill White. Now that we
know differently its nice to know after I lost 4500 that
at least I have gained the knowledge of never trusting a
pink sheet again on face value alone.
