The quarter is decent and there is nothing wrong with it. The question is some or all of this priced in at this point. Keep in mind they really earned about .027 untaxed, for a 1.68 stock that is a pe of over 15 untaxed.
Now It deserves a Premium PE due to growth, and excellent balance Sheet. But a 15 PE is a pretty decent PE for untaxed earning on a BB stock.
The future is bright, and longer term it could even go much higher, and even short run, if valuation gets totally ignored you can get a ZAGG.OB situation where something gets totally overpriced. Just don't see much attraction to it here and My guess is EGMI.OB pullsback, but it doesn't have to, as this could easily have turn from a value stock to a growth story stock that could send it even further at a much higher PE. Having said that I'm a value Investor, and trying to guess which ones are going to be discovered by the growth/Momentum traders has never been my strong suit. All and All a decent quarter from EGMI.OB, but the recent price run in my opinion has priced in a lot of the good news. Then again I have been wrong before. Time Will tell I guess. Just my opinion.
