We came very close this morning and now appear to be heading back up to testing it, as we are back over .90. If we break $1 and hold, it could fuel a whole new ballgame in the coming days. One thing to remember, people have been watching the GSE's for some time and were very hesitant to play them, as they appeared to be left for dead. Now that the housing market is showing clear signs of a bottom and possibly a rebound, the more strength they show over $1 the more potential investors on the sideline are going to decide now is the time for the recovery.
