The ONLY part that is reportable is when he sells or buys.

WHAT he does with the money AFTER he sells is absolutely NO-ONE's business.. NO-ONE.

Yes it is reportable and why in the world do you think that there are form 4's that have been filed. What is NOT reportable is what he used the money for. That is what you said in a previous post if I read it right, that if it was for business it was ok and if he was just using it to pay his own bills that was not ok.

Once again these shares were issued in lieu of salary so the money that he is spending is his salary and therefore is none of our business.
