Making the pps go up is good for everyone (NeoMedia, YA, Shareholders, etc). So why not help it go up??????
The ONLY reason I can think off for keeping the pps down is so they can keep the cost of the company down in order to make it attractive to a buyer for a sale.
(i.e.: "Change In Control" - yes, I know.. CIC can mean many different things - no need to explain)
I agree in that, the Scanbuy case needs some clarity in order to become an attractive buy. A favorable Markman hearing would be suffice in getting that ball rolling. IMO a favorable Markman result, would definitely be the last nail in Scanbuy's coffin.
