If you look at pages 7 & 8 of the Documents you can see the case history.

I am not an attorney, but the only filling I see by the defense are to Reshedule, file for an Extension and a Continuance.

If there are no other filing it looks to me like Defense's only defense is a stall tactic.

yes please.... i will do it. haven't decided whether to get copies or write a summary. will see what wow green's responses are to the lawsuit, as well as their counterclaims, and decide from there.
