So I am a landscape construction contractor and know a lot of people and companies. They all have their own strategy towards asset structure so we can only speculate on own or lease. depending on how old the company is they probably own a percntage of trucks and units while leasing another percentage. The leasing is a variable they can change with the economy or demand. In good times I'm sure the buy equipment to own as part of a fleet and in bad times will suffer less pain making payments and interest.
