That's true - they didn't say when that would happen because they are no better at predicting the future than anyone else. Their predictions are based on financials with an estimated P/E which they went over in detail in the analysis. They estimated short term, mid term and long term estimates and $.68 was long term. Keep in mind that this is strictly based on the AirStar acquisition - not on any future acquisitions.
