I'm not sure about $500K in market buying, but I did hear that CT Dental was doing a 506 for $4MM with one of their business partners (a large multi-national company) and that they would be receiving the first $500K soon, and the remaining $3.5MM when they launch thier program in the August/September timeframe. Maybe that is the $500K that people were talking about. Don't know.
