LOL well see.. there go the ASSUMPTIONS again.
So..when one sees a Form 4 filed, they immediately think the stock is sold just for a 3 day weekend away or some such thing? Bills and necessities never entered those people's minds??

Geeze Louise how many times do you have to read that update until you actually notice that nowhere does it say that the O/S has increased only that it would have to be filed in an 8K if it did. Pretty clear cut case of only seeing what you want to see.
