By now should they have not exhausted the 1 billion A/S? Every day, they seem to be dumping 30 million or so for the last 2 months.

Depends also on the definition of oldie I guess.
I've been investing heavily in this company since early 2007

I also believe that the regular oldies on this board are decent people with scruples...All I am saying is that it is a shame that there is no attempt at any action from the SEC based on the fact many long term investors here have suffered big losses.
It would be comforting to know that there was something being done against these kind of operations.
