Oh YEAH, that's GREAT NEWS! Let me explain it to you since I already partially predicted this in a post months if not years ago (saying that if by a miracle they actually WERE to recover any money in a lawsuit it would go to the principals of the company, which it will, in this case to pay their monthly salaries ($42K monthly) until they can move some shares to pay off the toxics and then the remainder to them AGAIN if collected to pay back salaries, lol).

Weber and Sharan can't find anyone to buy their worthless shares. Their attorneys filing the P&D PR infringement suit WON'T accept shares (gee, they finally ran into someone who won't) and they need cash to pay themselves. The agreement STATES CLEARLY that Whalehaven and Alpha can be paid off in shares which is what WILL HAPPEN, as soon as the suit gets off the ground to the point where they can use it to run a solid P&D and MOVE the aforementioned shares. If there is a pittance collected in any suit which I seriously doubt, the toxics will get shares in lieu of their 25/25% split and the principals will end up with all the cash. CASE CLOSED.

Good news? The fact that OVOE's credibility is so shot they can't even find a toxic funder willing to buy their debenture bonds anymore???? Where is this "good news"? The prevaricating spin put on these endless OVOE train wrecks as being something other than what they truly are has reached absurd proportions. Unbelievable. IMO.

Veno, this is good news? Way to find the silver lining in the eye of the hurricane. Essentially the toxic funders bought 98% company for $3,000,000. Your shares will naturally trend towards their .001 conversion price.
