I have his cell # and based on the last conversation he has been told to keep his pie hole shut. The tone was very diffrent and he isn't going to give us anything so it would be a waste of time to call him again.

I think we should all offer .0001 x # of shares we own for them to hire an independent consultant for a day or two or whatever it takes to crunch those evasive numbers. I'd even double up and go .0002. :-)
