Great post mack, pretty much sums it up. Not signing that letter just about sewed up how utterly ridiculous this is. I do think it interesting that a person shows up on this board out of nowhere, and all of a sudden has a huge interest in all of these "documents" and the company. Sadly, it seemingly happens almost every day, so I guess most of us are numb to it now.
I do wish sometimes people wouldn't even bother replying to the attention seeking saviors of all of us dumb shareholders who are up much more than they would ever want, but I know it is tough to do sometimes. If it helps out new investors, or potential investors who are actually wanting to seek out the truth and what SPNG is, it is worth it. One has to think why these people hang out on the board all day and night, with no interest in the stock, other than to see it go down. Having some concerns is one thing, fabricating and re-hashing the same garbage over and over with nothing legitimate to say or add, is another.
