I don't think your grasping what the whole "fake opinion letter" problem is miami. The letters themselves are real, it's the lawyer/law firm that supposedly wrote them that is in question. If Joel Penelsy (sp) said he didn't write opinion letters to Olde Monmouth, and this Bomart law firm can't be found, who is writing these letters to unrestrict stock? It's also funny that SPNG's fax number seems to show up on these letters also. Just more red flags to add.

How can you come to a conclusion like that when you yourself admit that that law firm is nonexistent? If they do not exist, the letter does not exist. If the letter does not exist then nothing can be derived from it other than people are doing illegal things to bring the stock price down.
