75,000 square foot facility not acres. The facility is not huge but a decent size to accomplish their goals nonetheless.

75000 sq.ft. facility is not that big, an an average Food Lion is bigger in building foot print alone. 75000 could be entire lot size. Lease rates are pretty low right now, $4-7 per sq ft per year is not too much for this group
