It provides a very clear tactical and strategic hindsight
perspective on Viet Nam war ---- and, ultimately what our
greatest detriment was ------------ POLITICS !!

This is a quote from the 2 hr. show ---- I may not have it 100% correct, but close enough.

When the U.S. decided to pack it in and sign a truce w/ the North Vietnam officials........at the signing of the agreement, the person representing the U.S. says this to the NV rep. ~~

" You never beat us in a fight on the battlefield " ---- NV rep replies........ " We didn't have too " !!
