Graham was until recently the head of the Senate intelligence committee.He asserted that two of the 911 Hijackers were known to be funded by the Saudi Government. We already know that most of the Hijackers were Saudi citizens.

If I were president, I would direct that a full investigation of this matter be made with high priority using all the investigative resources of the government including the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc.

Armed with the facts, I would have a "come to allah meeting" with the Saudi Government. Was this active complicity? Was it a small group of Wahibi's in the Saudi Governemnt? there are many questions to be answered.

Once the investigation was complete, I would demand punishment for all that were involved and that measures be taken to prevent any future occurences. This assuming that this was not an official covert policy of the Saudi Arabian government.

If this was in fact a a covert policy of the Saudi government then I would go to the UN and try to get a multi national force to remove the Saudi Government. It would be necessary to replace the Saudi government. This is likely to disrupt world oil flow and financial markets. This could also be a red flag waving in the face of moslems around the world so the case would have to made carefully to world moslem leadership and we would have to get their backing to remove the House of Saud and form a new government.
