Granted, as a pinkie, we cannot be sure of insider selling, but me thinks we'd notice a few million shares hitting the market (approx. 7M-8M in all) if insiders were selling.
Conversely and unfortunately, as a pinkie now, I'm not sure if we'd know if insiders were buying, either. Unexplained buying might be our only signal of insiders buying, and hopefully, because they know all legal matters have been suitably resolved.
