Now that you mention it, I was doing ACH transfers from my bank into my brokerage account, and yes, that is where I first encountered the 3 day rule. I used to have an account with ETurd and when I traded penny stock with them (straight trades in my account) I also hit the 3 day rule with them.

Think maybe I got confused with the Ameritrade 3 day ACH rule and E-Turd normal trading rule?

If true, I would be soooo embarassed!
