In April 2008 Biocurex and Abbott amended the license agreement. The amendment relieves Abbott of future obligations to perform further research and development with respect to the RECAF technology as well as the obligation to pay annual minimum royalties.

Since you are big on lawyers saving RECAF, why don't you ask a lawyer to sue Abbott for the above.
