I'm not being coy at all, and I have no responsibility to share anything. I have been sharing what I have shared to be nice, and I have vehemently stated that I am not selling anything or pumping in any way whatsoever.
I promised that our conversations would remain private for the most part and that I would not quote him on things that we talked about.
There were no details or inside info shared, it was just an explanation of what has happened up to this point and a general feel for the direction TDGI is headed now.
Maybe if folks did their own work and treated people they talked to on the phone with a little respect, you would get the same conversation that I did. I called the same numbers everyone else is calling, I just did so with a little professionalism and kept my anger/disappointment tempered so that I could get some information. Calling the guy and threatening him and hurling insults probably will not garner you the results you want.
Again, for the 100th time...I really think that FG is doing everything he can to get things done, and done very soon. I am not so naive as to not know that he probably benefits the most from a deal getting done, so that is what I am counting on. If FG makes money, we make money...he has said that he will ensure that the share structure will stay intact, that no death spiral financing will take place or any of those types of shenanigans, and I will take him at his word, for now.
7.5 million float. As bad as the PPS is right now compared to a month ago, all it would take is one great trading day, and this is back to .04 and above.
FG doesnt make any money unless a deal goes through...and he wants to make money, just like anyone else.
