What happened to letting developments "season"? Although I don't think it will be another month before more news it would be wishful thinking to see more news next week let alone Monday. But either way I'm long. Have a great weekend!

Regarding PR’s I have a couple of quick questions..

(1) Why does everybody relate Rossi with SYNJ PR’s?

Everything I’ve read indicates that Rossi in a lobbying firm that is helping with ..

“.. integrated strategies for managing the most difficult of structural issues including securities offering materials, SEC filings to go public, anti-takeover strategies, financial presentations and capital raising plans, annual shareholder meeting preparation, valuations and corporate governance..”

(2) Wouldn’t the PR’s issued by Rossi Law have to state they were released and issued by Rossi Law?

For example, wouldn’t the beginning of each PR say Washington, DC instead of Damascus, MD? Wouldn’t they finish with Rossi Law Firm signature block instead of Sorrentino’s signature block?

(3) Does anyone know if there is a resource for learning the protocol for writing and releasing PR’s?
