By any chance do you think that maybe the are using mules to haul that copper to the mill? Maybe they are taking a traditional approach to minning. This could possibly explain what is causing the delays while saving money !!!!
Any way to varify your accusation/statement? Also was the per se' loan for CPRK, or a personnal loan? Is there a signed agreement pertaining to which, especially towards CPRK?? Not really my business but you brought it up on this board.
