Do not believe there is evidence of that... frankly, that is a poor assumption to include in DD.. So please provide verifiable evidence.. most people I talk to... My group alone is over 15 people now NONE are selling waiting for the reduction to 500M... they know it will take some time... But they believe like myself it will happen

They are not going to lower the AS or the OS. What they are doing is SAYING that stuff in order to dump more stock at the highest possible price, IMO. Otherwise, they'd just come out and say (and have the TA confirm) that the AS and OS HAD ALREADY BEEN reduced. That's what a real company would do. Not these guys, though.
