Hi Jibes, The number of New 52 week Lows is very large now on both the NASDAQ and the NYSE. The problem is that there's also quite a few New Highs at the same time. In other words, the market's sort of schizoid right now. The trashing of the market place should help to evaporate the New Highs and leave us with the Hi/Low Logic Index (my Divergence component) in bullish territory.

Looks like the trend of your indicator is pretty close to what the IW's been showing recently. I noted that both the NASDAQ's and the NYSE's Advance/Decline values flattened out last week. Another sign of uncertainty for now.
