I agree with Lang we got hosed but it was a "legal" hosing. I am sure Douglas & Co have all the necessary paperwork to back up the bogus offer. It is a simple case of Jared turning the "legitimate" offer down. You cannot put him in jail for that.
Notice how tight lipped the company has been since? Nobody here has heard a word from Mark N in some time. He either was an accomplice in all this, or got dragged into this mess by believing Jared. Either way he is keeping a low profile now. Did all of you see that pathetic "contract" posted on IN. The IN discusion board is down to the same four people posting all day. All the others like myself have realized that we got hosed and moved on.
If there is a lawsuit and Jared loses maybe part of the settlement will be that Thurston has to turn over "the sign" to Lang. That is probably all that is left of this company.
