I haven't seen anything about another reverse split. At this point, that really wouldn't make sense anyway unless they've been doing a lot of private placements that we don't know about. With the O/S as low as it is at this point they have a lot of room to sell shares before another reverse split. Other than that I think you are correct in that they have driven investors bonkers.

Maybe this new PR explains some of the happenings. The only place this can go is up. IMO
