SAMA....SAMO....youse always getz da run-around

It seems that your attempts to obtain the unobtainable for the must part was met with a brush off and weak sister excuses for not supplying the requested share information as requested from the transfer agent and BSTI....Why the run-around when they could have simply said as the SEC stated in a very direct and to the point answer.....SEC Act of 1934...etc.etc.

gg: Amazing! If I understanding it right, the SEC Attorney said we did not have a right to ask for the data. However, did he say that TM was prohibited from making the data available to investors? I mentioned before that in my opinion TM is stonewalling all the way. Maybe he has something that he does not want us to know about the companies and its "dealings."

GG, as always - Thank You.
I realize the amount of time you have been spending researching and providing information to all of us. It is most appreciated.

However, I'm only gonna' except the tiniest bit of egg on my face, because it still seems you were put off in your search for the numbers, when they were available at the discretion of the company, and my basic premise of the selling may still be correct (I believe it is).

Just for the record, I am relieved that BSTI is doing nothing questionable with the transfer agent, and I also think that it is a reasonable business decision to float share for cash. It's certainly favorable to going out of business, and it's expected to occur with growing companies. Furthermore, although my posts are often critical, I believe my approach to a market where 95+% of the companies go bankrupt is correct and appropriate.

I enjoy a board where a free exchange of ideas is allowed.
And last, but definitely not least - I AM extremely long and positive about the prospects for BSTI, I just like to start critical and experience pleasant surprises.
