You are correct on the due date of the 10K.

Lets hope the company announces tomorrow when they will be doing the filing and when they will be holding a conference call.

If the company does not hold a conference call in the near term that probably will end any upward movement in the stock price until after the official KR release and information on pre-orders and how they will be filled due to the limited production capacity of Michigan Brewery at the current time.

Also the 1st quarter 10Q is due 9/14 if it is not filed late as has been the pattern. Hopefully there will be decent sales numbers with the Israel sales and more available credit to purchase and ship additional product.
