It's a game going on here for few weeks now. Someone is holding this or has shorted this. Just about every tricks on the book we see using here.

They don't fill buy order at ASK then .0509 and they don't fill order at new ASK .054 but did at new bid .0505

It looks to me that they are trying to send signal out to seller to sell to them at bid as the potential sellers might think that someone is selling at bid .0505

So you are lucky to get shares at .0505. The game is being played and I really don't think there really are many sellers left at this price ... and that MMs just shorted 13200 more shares at .0505 to fill your order.
