They were probably getting hammered with very similiar questions like yours around that time... and probably still do.

Giving them a call will probably be quicker than trying to communicate through email.

I've heard some have been having a hard time getting ahold of them by phone at times lately, but I've also heard some say they have not been having problems getting through. I've never had any problems getting through, but it's been a while since I tried calling, so not sure why some are having problems getting through.
