Case had two unusual delays:

1. A jointly agreed delay by Neomedia and Scanbuy pending the outcome of the USPTO reexam.

2. And a follow-on delay because of the judge dying about two months before the USPTO decision came down.

If Neomedia wants the case to go forward as quickly as possible, it just needs to pay the lawyers to press the litigation.

Next step is a Markman hearing. I am surprised that one has not been scheduled yet. But I haven't checked Pacer recently, so I cannot say that for certain.
