lex, it all depends how far they are behind right now. Not sure if you know this, but many major companies are now exceeding 75 and in quite a few cases 90 days on payment terms. In this economy, it is turning more and more into the norm. The key is, get that concetrate out and they will be able to start pyaing everybody down. At this point in time, if we are in fact very close, I would much rather seeCPRK extend the debots just a little, rather than furhter dilute us.

A good book juggler can be admired. A book cook goes to jail.
I think we have the good juggler here.

well I know what your saying many times people will pick up a semi load up hay then not pay for weeks to month sometimes even years some never pay and sometimes if we are lucky we get paid and it hurts a lot of time when you go after them with the court etc it cost $$$ and a lot of the time they are in the same boat you are in they delivered the hay and they people didn't pay them or something and so if you go after them your just hurting your self

now if they did what one guy that owed my dad kept saying he'd pay week after week but they would go on vacations different things buy more hay from other people and finally after after filing the paper work to take them to court we settled out side of court
and come to find out the guy broke his arm the day before and was out of work........................... my point is from what some people have said I don't think most of the people they owe money to are mom and pop shops I think they would rather wait and get paid and get some let payment fees then go threw the whole court system
and really right now everyone is hurting
and getting the mine up and running will help far more people then someone not being paid right on time

also another example when we didn't get paid the truckers business burned down and he had no money to pay us with he lost his whole lively hood

as well if copper king gets running 100% full production and the people are more willing to wait to get paid I think they will get more business long term and have more $$$$$$$$ coming in
