Absolutely!
The Krong reserves is nothing to sneeze at.
And the amount of shares Dovgan has is neither.
For sure he will do best selling his on the open market.
That was the whole idea of putting this reserve in the kitty.
The money made earlier in the market was by market manipulators that themselves should know how hard it is to get a project like this off the ground.
I don't think Dovgan is just going to hand over the reserves to anybody.
He knows the value there and has not resorted to dumping billions of shares into the market.
That says alot.
