This news is in reference to the previous holders of NXGH but not to the new owners GBII. The company is legitimate and I have tested the stain pen already. So when I say it exceeds Clorox and Tide, I speak from knowledge and experience with the product.

yes, SEC nailed NXGH last year for fraud,not sure if SPNG should be associated with them.

All of this is just a penny stock promotor's concoction. NXGEN is a washed up scam, just as SPNG will be after the SEC gets through with Moskowitz's fake legal opinion letter ways.

NXGEN appears to have a shady past and appears to be a one man operation right now. Hope the allaince doesn't hurt spongetech......

What you have posted is from the Previous Company Owner Green Bridge Industries took over this company stated in a May 27, 2009 PR just a few months back. What you are referring to is almost a year old.This is exciting news!! I can't wait to try the Pen.

Please tell me how this is the same person/company as you just put out? It is based in Michigan, not Washington state. The CEO is William White as shown below, not the guy you mentioned.

Between 2008 and 2009, Mr. White served as Vice President of Sales and Operations for Enzyme Consultants, where he helped launch a product line into WOW Green, a network marketing company.
