Advisory Board - WOW

Connectyx Technologies Corp's Board of Advisors (BOA) consists of a diverse group of medical professionals. The Board meets periodically with Connectyx senior management and research and marketing departments to provide guidance and direction on various projects.

In alphabetical order, the BOA includes:
Myron Holubiak
Mr. Holubiak is the former President of Roche Laboratories, USA, a major research based pharmaceutical company (December 1998 to August of 2001). Prior to this he spent 15 years in a variety of marketing, sales and executive positions with Roche Laboratories, co-founded Emron, Inc., a health care consulting company, and served as General Manager of The Plymouth Group, the consulting division of IMS Health, Inc. In 2002, Mr. Holubiak was a partner, President and Chief Operating Officer of HealthSTAR Communications, Inc, the largest, private health care marketing communications company. Mr. Holubiak served on the Board of Directors of the Robert Wood Johnson Hospital Foundation in 1999, 2000-1. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Management and Compensation, and the Audit Committees of BioScrip, Inc., a specialty pharmacy company. He also currently chairs the Special Committee of BioScrip. Holubiak served on the Board of Directors of Nastech, Inc., a biotechnology based pharmaceutical company now called mdRNA, Inc., where he was a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee and was the Chair of the Compensation Committee. Holubiak also chaired the Special Committee of mdRNA, Inc. Mr. Holubiak is also on the Board of Directors of the Children of Chernobyl Relief and Development Foundation.

Peter Cossman, 1-800 DOCTORS, COO & General Council
At 1-800-DOCTORS, Mr. Cossman is actively engaged in building "America's Healthcare Concierge" with partners, Jerry Brager, CEO and Myron Holubiak, President, both of whom worked with Mr. Cossman at HealthSTAR Communications, Inc. Formerly a seasoned commercial litigator, Mr. Cossman now combines over 20 years of private practice with more than 15 years of corporate legal expertise in the private sector where he has served as General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer of three companies in the technology and healthcare industries. Working closely with outside counsel in areas of tax, securities, corporate finance, legal compliance, intellectual property and debt and equity finance, Mr. Cossman is able to combine his broad business experience with practical legal judgment to counsel and advise his clients.

He also has extensive experience in structuring, organizing, managing and operating start-up companies. Peter Cossman’s specialties are: Expertise in commercial litigation; franchise law; technology commercialization; corporate governance and financial structuring; and, real estate development.
